Barb WW Upgrade Questions

Everyone - What should I upgrade to provide faster gph/loot/xp/survivability? I'd like to break 100k, 35-45k ehp, 500k gold thousand per hour, 25m xp per hour. I have about 50-75m to use for upgrades.

Ah sorry - I was replying to you, but the forum was messing up so lost my post!
Now remember this is only advice, I'm not saying how you should build it, but how you could.

- Change to a Mempo of Twilight helmet - Gives more hp and should give you more damage.
- Change your shoulders to rare ones with 250+ str, AR and vita (rather cheap normally)
- Change your chest to Immortal King's Eternal Reign with atleast 180 strength (Remember - This chest has 3 sockets)
- Change pants to Inna's Temperance (Will give you the momentspeed you lost from Tyraels + 2 extra sockets)
- I would change the Firewalker boots into ones with more strenght and all resist.
- Preferably change bracers to Lacuni (Good ones are quite expensive, if too expensive, current ones will work)
- You should change both weapons into atleast 1000+ dps (Also change gems into 100% crit dmg if you can afford it)
- Change amulet into a trifecta one (Attack speed, crit dmg and crit chance)

I might have forgotten something. Darn forums.

get chest with sockets, pants with 2 sockets, replace your helm gem with either ruby for extra xp or amethyst for extra life.

im interested in the results too. my gear / stats / and bot stats are about similar to yours. Might give an upgrade after today's maintenance

If you follow all the points I had, it will cost alot. More than 75m

I've upgraded 1-2 pieces and am at 96k dps 30k ehp. I spent a chunk of gold prior to the replies of this thread.

What gear/build are you using?

How much gold/exp per hour?

What profile and route are you using?

Actually, my bad. I was on mp1 with stats similar to yours. On mp0, i hit 20m exp 500k gph
Running tinnkaizer route with giles trinity.
Dual wield WW.
Looking at your equips, you're missing pickup radius. I've got 14. And I only pick up rares, legends and tomes. pick up gold > 1000
Just gave him a 9m upgrade, now im bout 100k dps 3.5ls, 24ms 14pickup radius, 35k hp, 500 ar. testing out in mp1

you don't need massive ar for mp0. in most cases, 450-600 is enough as long your bot doesnt lag. i've got pickup on my bracers and belt. you don't need every item to have AR. Stacking stats for cheaper items is better for a tight budget. say.. take bracers. str/vit/ar/crit/pickup will cost a bomb. so i went ar/crit/vit/pick up - no str. and i compensate the missing str with my pants, 150+ str 190+vit and 2 slots. No Ar, but my bracers already covered the AR. overall, I get the stats I want, perhaps losing a bit on main stats but it's cheaper by 10 times.

These stats are all unbuffed:

CC: 27%
CD: 350%
APS: 2.11
STR: 2325
VIT: 880
Armor: 6909

Not really running pickup radius, except on my Leoric's Signet, atleast I dont go for pickup radius (However I'm going for levels and not really farming)
As far as AR - You need to get 500 AR unbuffed. Try going on AR as much as possible, stacking one resistance only works on monks.

I'm using a dual hand ww build. Using rare weapons with sockets and lifesteal.
I'm getting 300k g/hour and 40m exp/hour using Raohas Magi/Gardetto's Revenge (It's under the SkyHigh farming)

I've changed my boots and bracers with somewhat close stats as previous but with p/u radius. I'm now at 13 yards. I haven't tested this yet, but I know with only 7 yards from the bracers I was hitting 450-470k gph straight off.

Once I get 15-20m saved I will do an overhaul on my bots gear to optimize gph/leveling. I'm at p67 currently with +280% GF.

could someone link me a barb? I just spend 20M in IK set armor/helmet/boots and a Skorn and I only get 350 gph and 2 death/hour im really sad my investment was useless.

I´m using one Skorn in WW build, my EXP/Hour dont fix this change 25m/34m, dont know why hehe. My gph is about 350k.

I dont know what is better DW or Skorn. I'm start w/ DW but found one nice Skorn than up my DPS A LOT so i get it . My AS is low about 1.2, well i´m farm para at moment so dont spend more gold to up gear, but think i need up AS a little.

Using Skorn in a WW build works.

But as a WW Barb you want to Dual Wield.
The best would be the following setup:

Mainhand: A rare Mace with 1 socket, Critical Hit Dmg , Str, and the highest number of AVERAGE DAMAGE!!! you can afford.
Please Note: The DPS of the Mainhand DOES NOT matter. The most damage from WW barbs comes from the little hurricanes that spawn (about 70%). And these scale with the AVERAGE DMG of the Main Hand.

Offhand: Grab a Echoing Fury with 1 sox, lifesteal (atleast 2.5) and Str (mine got only ~880dps - but thats no problem. its the fucking offhand ).


And why Dualwield? Pretty simple:
You got more attackspeed. You spawn more hurricanes. The playstyle feels alot of smoother.
