barb requirements for act 2

I rarely die in act 1 but in act 2 I get my booty stomped... Could someone who is able to farm act 2 on their barb give me the lowdown on what kind of gear I need to have... if you want to include skills too that would be cool.

i can easily farm act 2 with

700+ resist all
1200 loh
8.5% life leech
7300 armor
19k dps
