barb ignore elite?also avoidance

hi i mainly play barb ww(tried furious charge but lol charges into all bad affixes i have set to avoid at 100%hp with 1.3 distance)
i tried the ignore elites option-does not work still kills
i tried customize and ignoring all the affixes-does not work still kills
i tried customize and ignoring most of the affixes leaving only a few harmless ones-tried leaving 3 affixes/4 affixes/more than 5 affixes boxes unchecked-mostly it still kills sometimes it brings them to about 20% hp and then ignores

is there a way to make this work? is trinity just bugged/needs more work/nothing i can do?
using trinity 2.55.703 currently

BTW is avoidance working properly? sometimes it works like vs frozen or molten core but vs perendi boss attacks or butcher or sometimes just goes into frozen pulse and dies...avoidance setting for those i set to 100% hp and 1.3 distance

I can't seem to reproduce this, WW barb using "Wastes Set + Bulkathos WhirldWind" Routine in latest build (.709) is ignoring elites just fine when TrinitySettings > General > Elite Monsters is set to Ignore.

Please try updating to the latest trinity version and provide more information, such as a log file. And preferably enable "Log Targeting System" setting under TrinitySettings>Advanced.

Make sure you have your 'Cluster Size' set higher than 1-3 or you it may just be attacking trash monsters near to the elites.

cant find the build .709 anywhere, just fresh installed from installer and got 703 again and on beta i see its 708, is 709 not public yet?

well after a bunch of uninstalls and reinstalls cus of other problems it now seems to mostly work with ignore by affix in same build (.703)...weird
