Barb focus/restraint code needed for help with generators????

Hey I am looking to see how to modify my trinity to allow me to cast WeaponThrow every 5 seconds no matter what fury I am at to activate the set bonus of focus/restraint. I have looked and I cant even find any reference to any barb generators. Only distance for weapon throw.

Any ideas would be helpful!!!
