5/5 banned for abuse of economy :O less than 2 hours ago... also separate account (to acces gb only got banned)

That probably doesn't matter... I think it is because I took gold from old guildbank (with guildies banned during banwave, only one acc left untouched) and sold it + bought heirlooms for new chars :/ Too bad I didn't even manage to sell the gold I have earned. Strange time of the day to ban :O Always got hit on night.

I thought bossland had loss the two main cases and is appealing them....
Bossland has won some cases like the source code of stormbuddy

Im the same, been botting on my toon, currently in low 30s, they ban this one ill just make another one and start again

That's a vague and generic reason. It's most likely nothing botting related that could directly detect at present. I'd appeal and press them on it since it's a ban for botting.

Appealed, received a message that they will look into it again. So maybe there is small chance of at least getting one account back with access to gb ^^

I had my account unbanned with them a few years ago. They also show you how to use a proxy to make it look like your account was hacked and accessed by someone else.

You'd probably also have had your account unbanned if you had written an appeal yourself. Honestly, how well written is the letter does not matter in the slightest.

I've had bans reduced writing this complex sentence: "appealing".


The fact that you use a proxy is only relevant when you use it when creating the account. They keep the data of logging locations. That's one of the reasons for them to need several "detection Windows" instead of just one. So they can check IP's.

That's why they reforced the "account owner is responsible of all actions of the account" part of their ToS, and also reinstate that on the ban letter. To prevent the IP changing and "I've been hacked" appeal.


But all this is irrelevant in the event of SOFTWARE DETECTION. I can't get what makes it so hard to understand. There is no coming back from there.

Im sick of this crap. I tried a different account never banned never botted on lasted a few weeks then hit im done with HB they have sucked so much money out of everyone and you all just let them continue to do it along with pushing patches instead of offering a better bot this client is so done blizz isnt wasting time now they are banning on a random base its over gl to all of you that are to stupid to quit that keep feeding the money hungry trolls of blizz and hb.
 
Just banned other time, only use the new account for lv 100, and make WQ...so its my last time for HB, Blizzard fuck HB forever
 
Another account banned. Less than 1 day of play. fortunately battlechest, no legion.

It seems they have us grabbed by the balls this time. I'm gonna wait for (hopefully) a satisfying update from the devs, or I'm done; I'm not willing to beta test with my money.
