If you take Blizzard to court you'd win easily, on the sole purpose that they have no right accessing/scanning your PC. I'm sure people have sued Blizzard in the past and won but it won't be made public. Now what if the Bot User is disabled (an army vet for example), that loves to play WoW but can't play it any other way, now he can actually sue Blizzard for Discrimination.

Guy has been taking people's money for years, pretty sure he just uses a template at this point. You're chances are the same as doing it yourself. In this type of banwave there is no point.

This was because the banwave only banned you based off the fact that it was injected into the memory of WoW, where warden can scan.

I can also say that they collected data for about a month, my brother bots and stopped botting last month because he was afraid of losing his account. So anyone who botted before October would be safe, but anyone who botted in October would most likely be banned in this banwave.

Since 7.1 on the 25th of Oct is pretty much what it has been narrowed down to.
 
Mich hat es auch heute nacht erwischt nur am Worldquesten gewesen naja 6 Monate ban aus der Lexion lernt man. :(
 
3 Accounts down after herbing everyday for the past month and a half.

Now let's wait a bit and get on to it again =)

From my experience, gold is safe in the guild which is why I created other accounts to allow full access.
 
The game is not WoW. The game is how long one can bot without detection. When that life is lost, you regroup and try again to amass and accomplish whatever interests you. Until the World Boss (Blizzard) kills you again. If the game was just WoW, you'd neither need nor want a bot. Bot on!
 
If I lost 15 accounts to this, I would be devestated. Or do you guys earn so much money from gold selling, that it really doesn't matter that you lost 60€ x 15 = 900€ in one ban wave?

If someone has 15 accounts it's because they are profiting off it. No one other than extreme multiboxers play 15 accounts. I'd say most of those are suicide bots for pure profit. 15 accounts could net you around 150 a day, so as long as they survive a week you make profit.
 
Tbh i got banned on my main for 18 months, and tbh i dont really care that i got banned, as with anything there is a risk, and I for one will still bot after the ban wave, and tbh i dont really give a crap what blizz have done, they can suck eggs, if they think that banning my account 18 months is a prevenative method, they can suck my balls
 
i lost 12 acc, but that means that i must buy more accounts :P
after every ban weave come's more and more acc now its time for 18 :)

Afaik most big botters like that use RU accounts (brazilian accounts for US?) which are actually around 25€ x 15 = 375, excluding optional things like vpns or proxies.

I want to try those RU accounts as well, but I find it hard to find good russian socks5 proxies and too afraid to use a VPN to activate RU account and then switch to EU account. I won't be surprised if this behavior will flag all the keys activated on that IP, perhaps resulting in a chain ban?

Hate this banwave because I first wanted to wait till the weekend before starting 3 new accounts + 3 socks for a total of 130€. Just hit 110 and was running GB2 for 3-4 hours tops :) Could have done something nice with the money.
Also got hit on 3 existing farmers, but they made their money back a few times in 2 weeks.
