What were you banned for? How long did you bot on the accounts?
Carbine won't be giving you back anything since your not a paying customer. They don't care simple as that.

Bot was definitely unattended for idk how long. I'm definitely not broken up about it because that's what the f2p accounts were created for, it's just a hassle to lose 3 almost max level characters. But I have more accounts and it's easy enough to start again and refine my grind areas, I just wish I could get into a more instanced situation to avoid reports.
