'Bans', 'FtR's and Slashes

assuming your comment relates to the reason why the bot is down.. if it were only the API then a simple API update would fix things.. ergo it is not.
assuming your comment relates to my experiences with accounts being unbanned, I fail to see any correlation betwixt the two.
assuming your comment relates to mine on 'mons being slashed, once more I fail to see any correlation as not all recently caught 'mons are slashed per detection.
sadly this seems more like a +1, a misinformed jab and a method by which to insert a biased comment about the (supposed) superiority of ios, a widely under-supported system designed by a company that makes more of the same thing with zero future innovations in a fascist attempt to force weak-willed individuals to purchase things they don't need all while removing significant features (read:headphone jack) forcing you to purchase a newer model and lose several hundred dollars every few months to retain your technological prevalence whilst throwing compatibility out the window.
I can't speak to either however as I don't spoof. I do however enjoy thinking for myself, and as such enjoy my Android.

I'm not arguing iOS is superior I use an s8. but I spoof and was warned for it. continued to do so on iOS and warning went away after two weeks.

This has nothing to do with the bot being down.i didn't even know it was. this is to with his theory on banning. Nintiac isn't individually reviewing flagged accounts this would amount in the millions because of scanners. They are giving played accounts back to keep their player base. This is how their ban system works now. Old banned accounts don't come back if you email nintiac they will give it back to you try it.

You arnt mimicking the api 100% and you can update the api all you want unless you are 1:1 you are at risk of detection. everything thing that logs into the game through the unofficial Api gets flagged.. you can't argue that lol.

I appreciate the detailed explanation I agree it doesn't make much sense that niantic with its trillions of dollars in profit would hire thousands of people to review activity logs of 'flagged' accounts (I use flagged as another way of saying suspended), however as I failed to imagine another reason why accounts flagged on different days are 'cleared' within minutes of one another or why one account may be 'flagged' for 4 weeks while another would only be flagged for 1 and a half.. I figured I'd be a little creative with the explanation. For all any of us know its juts a fat dude in a chair that hits a big 'release all suspended accounts' button every month or so..
Sadly despite my multiple emails, my first account tied to my primary email address remains banned. Even if I tell them it was only an IV checker a friend installed and that I was never even given so much as a black pop-up warning message, they refuse to unban my first account. If you have a method by which to make a progressively convincing argument (a specific point to harp on of specific failures on their part, I'd appreciate some pointers).. but that account is merely sentimental at this point. I have enough alts to cover its nonexistence.
I can argue however that an unofficial api doesn't guarantee a suspension as I've logged in with an outdated API in the past, botted for a few hours and switched to another account and not been flagged for it. Maybe niantic was busy afk on the toilet for that one, who knows. xP
