Bans and Opening Tickets no explanation?

Hey So I've opened a ticket with Blizzard asking why I was banned and all they did was linked me to the TOS. I asked again and they just linked to the same links. Is it right for them to not specify why you were banned so you can produce a case against how you did not violate?

They can ban anyone for any reason. Everything is their property until proven otherwise in a court of law (how they say when you purchase items from RMAH, they merely license you to use them).

Yeah I'm also tempted to bot again, but you need to get about 150-200 mil fast before you get banned to make little profit and most items are worthless. With gold price at the bottom, you have to wait like 2-3 days to sell your gold. Because only some retards are left to buy gold for this shitty game.
