Banned

I don't think people understand how ip's work, by reading this thread. You can have 100 computers running 1 diablo each, from blizzards perspective, it's the same ip. On your side every computer has it's own ip, but they all go to one router, which has an outer ip. So by this they aren't able to ban you. ip has nothing to do with it. although an active account for 96hours, is definently grounds for a ban. it would make sence for activity like that to flag you. anways safe botting!
 
Personally i dont know how people have the $ to buy 5-15 accounts or whatever. i have one account, i bot it maybe 12-16 hours a day if im lucky. play it for about 4 hours a day, and sleep the rest. i personally feel like this is much safer then botting 7 accounts on one ip. allthough if i do get banned its a much bigger deal.
 
What does plugins and profiles have to do with bans? And not the bot?

Lol you say people dont uinderstan Ip's then say an active account for 96 hours is bannable? when people leave accounts on 24/7 not botting. my friends leave his logged in to the game all day everday. he should be banned

except you're an idiot and don't realize blizzard gets your modem, router and network cards mac address so they very well do know whos playing 10 accounts on ONE PC and this is why people use VMware VM creates its own network adapter (virtual) with its own mac address.

I think he may mean an account that has been doing runs for 96 hours, which understandably would raise some eyebrows over at ol Blizz HQ

Mark, I know you have 10+ bots going, do you do anything to mask the IP's? I don't think you use VMware from the pics you posted.
 
You all probably used an AH bot, or an autoit ZK runner. DB isn't detected. Is it was, this forum would be BLOWN UP with "OMG BANNED" posts. Take responsibility for your own poor decisions.

Nah never posted PICs of mine someone else did.

I use 4 VMs on one PC it increases the CPU load, but do what you feel is safer.

8 accs on same ip only 5 banned?
i think ip isn?t the problem.
either it is because of botting on wednesday right after the patch or because of the plugins/profile/lootrule.
because i botted since wednesday evening 24/7 till now with 8 accs and no one got banned.
 
Guys if you could PLEASE post the server you are on, whether you got banned or not, it would be really helpful. My suspicion is this ban was just for EU. Am currently waiting for the other shoe to drop. These posts about LULZ 45 ACCOUNTS NO BANNED NUBS don't mean anything if you are on US server, you might get hit any sec now.

US server, 4 bots, no bans.
 
Did the rest of you guys who got banned farm sarkoth only? I had 5 accounts, 4 of them farming the little cellar bugger. The only bot that didnt get banned was the one i had running NM Core of arreat
