I was grinding all night with public profile and in the morning got "kicked by Administrator". Looked at my email and what i got:

It says "thk u for contacting" but i didnt contact GMs or Trion at all. Im not very good at english, could you say if i have a chance to get back my acc? If so what i should to do.
 
first of all i would try to contact and ask for the ban reason. tell them u dont know what may have happened since they say " thanks for contacting us" but u didnt.

ive had a ban during the early days due to reversing and ... the fun part : i used that portal in meridian to get to freemarch back and forth to find the zone adress in memory. the said i used a teleport hack...but actually i just used their portal to get there and return...did it about 20 times and got banned. then i called them, argued that i dont even know what teleport hack is and that i had my little 3 year old daughter on my knees and she find it too funny that the screen changes when she "talks" to the portal guy. she clicked back and forth and laughed hard and had a good time.
5 hours later i got my 3 day ban (actually half day passed by) changed into a 5 hour ban and 1 day for free playtime as excuse. ( my luck was that i REALLY used the portals and just read memory).
but try to get a good reason and excuse..maybe your nephew, 4 years old was tooo annoying so u just placed him at your desk and the second he started grinding stuff for u and u let him play he turned into silence and almost disappear...something about like that.

just to give it a try.


they say : category level 2 : hacked account. u can still try to get your account back due to it beeing hacked and it wasnt you who was doing shit with your toon.
that will work if u have - like we in germany - a forced disconnect once every 24 hours and get new IP. if u haven been online "that" much theres a chance that your botting time and the time u got/get into contact with them, that theres a different IP logged. and trion will NOT ask your provider for their IPrange logfiles to proof you're right or not. they still dont have the possibility without bringing this to law...and they wont cuz that would mean they have to pay a whole lot of shit for ---just to ban you and get even less money by that :D
 
guys all is ok, they unbanned me.
and i think it might be some profit in changing email and personal info every 1-2 week for bot acc.
