banned within 24h of getting an account and making a bot

anyone else experience this? i got the bot to lvl 32 then get banned.. it says account suspended due to penalty, the purchase had not been verified yet, it was still within that up to 72 hour period and i was still unable to use the AH or receive equipment from other players..

so i'm wondering if it may be due to the transaction not being processed.. but i have my doubts.
 
well, I can tell you i was recentlly caught while leveling up some bots and they were also in their 30s.

Here is my thought, Were those bots still in normal mode when you were in the 30s? mine were.. so i was thinking maybe 30s is to high for the normal area? i duno just a thought.

yeah i had that happend with 2 accts, also it says account suspended not banned. you'll need to resubmit your payment info (aka rebuy) once the order goes wait untill you have the email saying fully paid, then you'll have to send a helpticket and unlock the acct. But yeah it was just a payment issue, it took about 2 days for me to get the email from blizz, but don't worry you're safe.
 
And its not possible to enter NM before lvl 30 so dont think they will ban people who play normal mode at lvl 32 :P
 
it was in NM, im trying to figure out the best setup for a DH, it seems that arrow rain is a must have as it costs nothing and does tons of damage,

that heal for 20% damage whatever its called seems like a bad idea as it is constantly used while the DH is moving when it isn't needed, thus wasting discipline.

evasive shot is good

i prefer multishot at 15 hatred over chackram, it does more damage and the burst is faster, then caltrops of some sort, marked for death doesnt really seem to work.

it would be nice if the bots were organized into groups of which ones actually work, as many just simply get stuck, even with the unstucker plugin.


so far the only useful ones i have found to be are the act 1 farm that lady in the cellar, act 1 leorics manor where it just farms the manor at that checkpoint in his castle briefly, act 2 where the witch's minions are fought in a cellar and the prisoners are freed, then some more are fought that spawn immediately outside the cellar, then act 3 - the core of arreat ONLY.

every other profile ive tested has some sort of issues, these 4 happen to be enough for leveling to 60.. although may partially only be meant for normal mode.

Oh just to make it clear, nm is 25. :) 30 is just a nice number, but the actual limit is 25 for the game. You can enter and if you have a leveling buddy, things go quite fast...
 
Prolly payment issues. But also I think the reason they ban newer accts is they look at the spectrum of hours played vrs account age. Thats why its easier to ban newer accts. So they see on the newer acct, this acct has played 24 hours of the 25 its has been activated and is level 32....that would raise a flag for review vrs lets say a 30 day acct with 500 hours played. just a thought.
