Banned today - 1 account live

Played an account by hand for 2 weeks and botted off and on for 1 week. It's an older account I made a while ago and it got banned today. To be fair I RMT-ed for the first time on it today and I've been travelling a lot so I had to confirm my IP like 5 times today. Either one of those flagged it.... My normal account that I also bot on AND RMT on is fine though... It's the same MAC and IP and everything. No explanation from Tencent. I had bought stash tabs on it too so obviously that did fuck all.

Edit: They got back to me and said it was for the use of botting software :\
