over 500 people banned and probably close to 1000 accounts closed since this was posted nice...
i was counting Eu Us into the equation my bad but still over 400 people banned that just posted in this thread and probably close to 1000 accounts closed. i'v personal voted and iv lost around 10 accounts since this was posted

I'm beginning to regret ever appealing my perma ban now. It started off with a ban for a first attempt but in the notice it said about the past violations but I never had any which gave me the hump. Firstly I'd like to say that I'm aware that I violated the T's and C's but Blizzards generic replies really started to bug me. The first reply was a letter saying that it had been reviewed and there was no change. Clearly I appealed again, and got exactly the same reply. This has been going on for two weeks now with me writing something to get the account back and them copy and pasting some generic response.
They've told me why I was banned, but they've clearly not reviewed it as they've said and they're just pasting generic replies. I know what you're all going to say and I agree, but in my mind I've forked out $60 odd (or whatever it is) on the game and they've just turned around and taken it off me without any customer service. I'd rather they turned round and said "We don't want cheaters in the game" or something like that, I just want a person to read what I've written and reply to it directly rather than copy and paste yet another block of text that I've received three times already.
My tickets have gone from a "please let me have my account back" to a "please acknowledge what I'm actually writing and reply with regards to it". I'll feel vindicated if I get something human written back.
I'm on my 5th ticket now but I think I'll leave it at that. I feel myself getting too carried away in it as I've got nothing to lose. I know they won't give the account back but I want to get my point across, whatever that's worth.
