Banned.... Help Please :D

Ok so ive read alot about this prior to this happening just incase this ever happened to me. Ok ive been getting hacked the past 2-3 weeks and i just got back from vacation Jan 3rd. But i got back and im still getting hacked because i got hacked again last night. But this weekend as you know was AV weekend and i botted my warriro from 53-63 in a night and it took about 12 hours. Once i woke up i turned the bot off and then started playing. I myself played for about 6 hours because my arena partner wanted to do arena and pvp once i was done i botted for 1 hours or so got back on for a few hours later at night and then got off once again and started the bot. I did not once log out : \ But this morning when i woke up i was disconnected and my bot had only played 9 games so it wasnt on long. my account had gotten hacked again that night because my password was changed. So it took them like 4 hours to email me back about my password and i got it back my 1st acc permanantly disabled and my 2nd account was temp disabled. What can i email them to get out of this. I just got the message so i should have some time for responses. I would be very greatful for anyone who has any tips or full on responses to help me. The ban email has not been sent to me yet but it should be here within hours as soon as i get it i will post it on here.
 
Im a bit confused, was your acct hacked or banned? Or both. Anyways if it was indeed hacked just email em they will fix it usually within 24 hours, if you call, sooner. If it was banned for 'hacking' go to them make up some bull shit story about how they fucked up, and you spend all this money and they abuse you. They will give you your acct back 90% of the time.

I have one in the mail but that is not what i need. What kind of email can i send to them to get my account back
 
when you got hacked you were put on watch list, if you botted after that point?
 
Yes i got my stuff back from the hacker like 4 times and i had to mail them every time and i have an authenticator coming int he mail whenever it is supposed to. But yea i botted many times after i was hacked
 
Clean your fucking computer man. Change your battle.net email address, don't associate it with ANYTHING besides wow. No fan sites, no botting sites, no social media sites, just wow.

If you've been hacked 4 times in that short of a span you obviously haven't gotten rid of the compromise and eventually Blizz will stop restoring your account for you.
 
Sadly, all you can do is email them that your account was hacked and that you'd like a review done so that you may retrieve your account. Other than that, there's not much else you can do. You were flagged and then banned. Your only defense against that is saying you haven't been able to log in (however, their response will be what was written in the email informing you of your account being banned: "You are responsible for anything that happens to your account.").
 
That someone hacked my acc and i havnt been able to get on for the past few days?

My account has been compromised again. I have scanned multiple times and have not been able to find the compromise. I am waiting on my authenticator to arrive in the mail to stop this from happening. Please restore my account. Thank you.
 
put into words what I just said. Tell them your account was hacked and you'd like to have it reviewed and unbanned.
 
don't email... get on the phone and call them.. yes youll wait a hour or so..

or wait until 10am EST (7am PST) and call them like chemical said. That way at least you can appeal to an actual person using words and emotions instead of bland written words.
 
Or man up and take your punishment for breaking their terms of service, after all it is mentioned time and time again not to bot on something you do not want to lose.

I dont want to lose it but i think its worth it to take the chance if i dont get it unbanned it is not like my life is over
