This morning at 8 my time, i was infront of the PC when it happened.

Defaults, protect items and time to level.

6)How many hours per day did you bot for?:
depends on the day, max 15 hours, but there are break in between

7)How many auctions per day did you have?:
None, no goods worth the AH.

8)Did you Use Any Other Bots, Hacks, or Mods?
No.

9)Was your account involved in gold selling?
No.

10)EU or US realm?
US.

Was banned using "Hacks" whilst i was playing manualy, so i sent them an email right away.

See what happens, i was one level off 80...

Hardly. That's saying nothing at all, just something that botters don't do.... which many regular people also don't do when leveling.

I got a 72 hour suspension for using hacks as well today =/

Well if they use that as an excuse becuase i didnt post auctions, then thats stupid.
I brought items off the AH, but never sold.

Yeah most likely a player report, id only used your profile for one night, then got hit.

I could assume it was becuase i leveled in SB, but that being said i did a full run around SB and not the standed mobs above nessing.
