Banned for botting... Pre-buy of WoD should be refound or ?

This is hardly a reason to pursue the issue. You knew the risks, you botted, you got caught. Be an adult and start over or move on. Taking up a lawyer's time over this is just ridiculous even if you don't have to pay for it. Bottom line........GTFU.
 
Listen. Do this and you will be fine.

Contact blizzard. Tell them you would like a refund for something you were never able to use. If they refuse you tell them fine that you will file a chargeback. They HATE hearing that and will refund you once you threaten the chargeback.

Easy money.

Have you tried to get a refund? When my account got perma banned a few weeks ago I just went to the chat and asked for a refund of my pre-order and had no issue with getting my money back? I had a pre-order for the Digital Deluxe and with the current sale on the Starter Edition to Warlords of Draenor upgrade I pretty much got myself a new account for the same money and now I've botted 3x level 90 characters ready for Warlords.
 
Grow up, you played a risky game and you lost. It's like saying you should get all your prepaid money back because you got banned. They do refunds if you ask politely and get to the right person, but I doubt that's the case with accounts banned specifically for botting.

I botted okaaayyy ..... but does tos say i lose everything? ? I dont even own the license for WoD and they keep it ... thats a stolen
 
Blizzard is right to bann my Account for botting .... but to cancel a pre order and keep my money from it is just illegal !!! My order nothing do with botting ... its in another subject...

Got monay refund now by my Credit card Provider. .. i say i dont use this for this

I write now a Support Ticket to blizzard .... i am really hot to read their answer about this
 
Technically your account has WoD enabled even you haven't received content yet as nobody ever else did. Also:

"All Sales for Digital Content or Services are Final.
No refunds are permitted except with respect to any statutory warranties or guaranties that cannot be excluded or limited by law."

I see, you feel guilty for botting in online games ... lol? Even in USA, botting is not forbidden by law, its only against some private company's TOU, which technically being legal contract or not, doesnt matter, simply because the OP prepaid for future product (license), which is still not on the market, so he cannot technically break the TOU, related to WOD expansion, neither he had accepted the WOD TOU, again because its not still on the market :D

Even if you feel guilty for botting, you should not! We in Europe know our rights, and stand for them!
 
open a ticket to blizz first - asking for your refund for WoD -- this is mainly to cover your bases with your credit card company.
call the credit card company and say the company is refusing to deliver on a purchase you made.
This will take possibly up to 30 days but you will most likely get your money back.
It will cost blizzard more in man-hours to keep a complaint open with your credit card company than just refunding your money.

Nobody stays over the law in germany... and blizzard would regonize this very fast :D
 
My advice is DO NOT contact Blizzard support about refunds. They will drag it out and make you wait until it's impossible for your bank to get the money. So if you really want the refund you should contact your bank asap and tell them either that you paid for a product and didn't receive it or that someone else used your credit card without your consent.

Again, if you want to see your money DO NOT contact Blizzard. I've been through this and I can tell you for sure that they won't give you shit. They will just stall until your bank can't do anything about it anymore.

You are so right bro !!!!!!!!!! I dont even know that botting is forbidden in WoD because nobody read the tos for it ;)

I think the Problem is that u already got WoD in form of a 90 boost and its not neccesary if u used it or not but u got the product you bought.

Ive been refunded for WOD. Told them I didnt like what Ive seen so far. Refunded right away.

It is not free ;)

Just depend to the lawyer..... the do it for free because you are maybe the next customer for him.
Anyway ... insurance costs 40euro month and it cover all up even when u got to the law-court ... sry for my english...
I can only win muhahaha
 
It seems you can do a lot of things in Germany that us meager peasants in the rest of world apparently don't have access to....
