Banned for botting... Pre-buy of WoD should be refound or ?

Hi there. ..

I was banned... but thats another storY in another world.

I got pre purchased WoD and pay 40euro for it. My question is now, is this legal??? they banned me, and i cant use my pre-order, is this legal? I think they must refound my money because i pre paid for a product which i cant get anymore, i think blizzard stolen my money or ??
Please help me with this
 
Botting is versusu their ToS ... but do they have the right to keep my money for orders on bnet??????
 
I'm sorry mate but i hardly think that they will refund that. In the ToS somewhere when you accepted to play the game should be something about this.
There's not much you can do.

Well, technically they shouldn't be able to, but I believe there's a time limit on getting your money back. With the pre-orders coming out so long ago, and it now being so close to WoD launching, I think you may have exceeded your time limit on getting a refund. That's generally how things go, at least where I live.

Contact your credit card company and tell them they're refusing to provide a product you paid for. You MAY be able to get the money back.
 
Tomorrow i ask my lawyer about this... i am from germany and i think this is forbidden here in germany
 
I imagine that they will not refund you if you were banned for botting specifically in the email they sent you. You should be more careful with profiles though, I've had the same account botting since wowglider was the big thing in vanilla and never had a warning even :p
 
Open a ticket demanding a refund of all monies paid. Point out that you never received the product you paid for. There isn't anything in the TOS that can justify them not refunding something you have not received.
 
Im pretty sure they have to refund you. You bought something you were never able to use. Open a ticket and please update us with the results.
 
lol asking a lawyer about a £30 game. He'll charge you twice that to pick the phone up.

My opinion, write to Blizz and ask first.
 
i had nearly the same problem, contacted my lawyer and got all my accounts back they banned over the last years... Sure i paid my Lawyer some Money but its way less than i mak within 1 month of botting with these accounts.... sooo it may be worth it. Especially when you're from Germany.

Yeah .... thats a good a idea which i now will do ... just take money back over visa :D

I preordered WoD and was banned and I put a ticket in saying id like a refund for the game im not going to get to play and I GOT IT! so yes, put a ticket in ASAP.
