Oh Jimbo you sad little man!
I respond out of pity for you.. Gives you something to feel good about... Carry on..
There is nothing illegal about charge-backs and you are clearly showing you are the idiot.
True Case : Person discovers unknown transactions on there bank statement from China and tells the bank. Bank charges these amounts back and returns funds to customer. But in your mind the customer has done something illegal?? How can this be, when a fraud was committed in the first place and it is right that the customer should have this money given back??
And on the subject of illegal, don't always mean it is right anyway. The world is very black and white to you! You have never stepped over the line once I suppose? (Never downloaded a film, mp3, picture on the internet?) I don't believe this for a second. You are just using it to justify yourself for god knows what reason.
And on the subject of illegality.. In my country it is illegal to possess healing herbs, that does not mean that it is right.. Everyman should have a choice what they do with there own body.. but the government makes that choice for you.
So you need to use the word illegal in its correct context, because if it really was illegal to charge-back Blizz, that would suggest some consequence of this action, but I'm afraid there is none. So quite simply it is not an illegal action at all, but it might therefore be considered morally wrong. Only the person doing this, can make that judgement and not you. As we clearly don't all see the world the same way.
What clearly upsets your very high moral standards Jim, others may not lose a single bit of sleep over. Not you place to say what is right or wrong for them!
I don't really feel the need to respond again Jim, so I wish you all the best dude!
