Banned ( Confused)

So yeah, Woke up and i'm banned. When i try to login it says ''This account has been temperarily suspended''. But however in the email it says following :

Account Name: xxxxxxxxxx
Type of Violation: PvP Arena/Battleground Exploitation
Details of Incident: Exploitation of PvP Battlegrounds and the honor system
Consequences for Account: Account suspended for 3 hours

This account has recently been identified as being involved in actions deemed inappropriate for World of Warcraft.

This may include, but is not limited to the following:
* Use of add-ons, "mods", external hardware, or any unapproved third party software to automate gameplay.
* Abuse of game mechanics or "bugs".
* Any behavior that has been found to be outside the intent of the game.


Am i banned for lifetime, or just 3 hours? Might be my crappy english fooling me.

probably some legit pvpers noticed you in every bg doing the same thing, possibly not responding to whispers, and started to get you kicked. 3 kicks and you get a temp suspension like you got.

get a better CC, i use FPSWARE's, always with BGBOT, and let the bot do stupid things like using cd's earlier ) , i prefer him to just go die in the middle of enemies then to get stuck near a rock or wall ... so put your pull distance to 70 yards or so ... he will get more targets (dunno if it is real or just coincidence for me) but using like this never had any suspension and raised up a army of farmers thru pvp
