The same thing with a friend of mine. He got the answer that he has to send verification documents to verify that he is the owner of the account. The following answer was that the bann will persist.

Got the 2 Emails through... "Abuse of the Economy" Im just gonna Claim the usual bullshit an get them back, either restored or Tainted with a 72 hour ban....

shows how much blizz realy cares imo, perma, get it to 72 hours, still you admit then you did something wrong.

if i would appeal, from a perma, turned into a 72 hours i would call em, and ask wtf is up with that.

still, i bot on main account, and i think its worth it calling them then. Account is mine.

if they had proof of you botting, they wouldnt have turned it into a 72 hours in the first place but

keep you perma banned.

i called my brother to see if he got any banned aswell, he lost 9/10 accounts aswell :S

btw, i got my email later that night saying;

yet i've never bought gold or anything suspicious like that..
and my main acc isn't banned, even tho it has a current gold stock at about 350k
the botting acc had 400g

i hope i can get it back, so i can start botting again.. but i'd like to confirm if a banwave is hitting :S ?

when i got banned, i played myself.. had to run to outland to farm some more :S and then DC, relog "banned"
