Banned and bought new key, but need advice on linking w banned account

I bought a new key today, decided to just play for fun with friends now. So no botting. I'm planning on changing out my banned account's login email and BT to something random and then use those name and email which im familiar with for my new cd key. Also planning to attach the paypal account which was banned on that account.

Is that a dumb idea or should i not be concern if im no longer intending to bot?

They can't ban you again if you ain't botting/cheating, so shouldn't be a problem though they may keep an eye on your account behaviour etc.

Ya, thats what i think, but i certainly hope using the same details doesnt get me flagged automatically.

It won't, they have no right to ban you for that if there is no evidence of cheating on the new account.
