Beware!!

My account was banned today after upgrading to version 290! :(:(:(:(

Anyone know how I can recover my account?

Our care team in the game determined that a user of this account has recently been involved in actions deemed inappropriate in Diablo III. For privacy reasons, we can not discuss the results of our investigations. However, we guarantee that this incident was thoroughly investigated and that appropriate measures have been taken in all accounts involved.

Offense: Unauthorized Third Party Software
A third-party program is any file or program that is not part of the software Diablo III, but it is used to gain an advantage in the game, how to increase the rate of collection resources, or visibility maps. The definition also includes any programs that obtain information from the game that are not normally within reach of the regular player or that transmit or modify any of the game files. Any external application used in conjunction with Diablo III can cause unwanted side effects. Some of the major consequences that may arise from the use of third-party programs may include instability of the game to the point that a player has "crashes" often enough. External programs can also be used to transmit viruses, spyware and other unwanted programs on a player's computer. Third-party programs can also be used to obtain information from the computer player as account, password and personal information.

This account was closed Diablo III for our care team in the game, after a review of the account and all violations thereof, regarding our policies and in accordance with the Terms of Use and our policies in the Game (http:/ / us.battle.net / support / en / article / diablo-iii-account-penalties-policy).

Note that any bidding or auction assets at the time of closure of the account was canceled. Your bid will be refunded to your original payment method. Please note that this takes between 5-10 days to be processed, depending on the availability of your financial institution. Bids and tenders finalized before the closure of the account will never be refunded or reversed.

This account of Diablo III and any heroes or items associated with it will not be triggered. The only way to keep playing Diablo III is to buy a new license, or try to recover the account disputing the closure of the same. Although not common revert the closure of an account, we recommend to customers who have intentions to contest the closure of an account, do not buy a new gaming license until the dispute process account closure is complete. If you add a new license Diablo III, a new bill will replace the old, without any items or Heroes account closed.

Mine was similar but oddly referenced "In-Game Support"

A user of this account has recently been involved in actions deemed inappropriate for Diablo III by the In-Game Support staff of Blizzard
Entertainment.
