Banned accounts

Hi all,

in Russia Blizz always ban your account forever except than you advertise, they haven't banned for 72 hours.
Does anyone take legal action against Blizz for refund for non use playing time?

Nope. Read the Terms of Use:

Blizzard Entertainment reserves the right to terminate this Agreement as follows: If you fail to comply with any terms contained in this Agreement, Blizzard Entertainment will provide you with a warning of your non-compliance. In case of a serious violation of this Agreement, Blizzard Entertainment will be entitled to immediately terminate this Agreement without any prior warning. Serious violations are violations of important provisions which include Article III of this Agreement or repeated violations of other provisions of this Agreement, including further non-compliance where you already have received a prior warning. Also, note that in the event that Blizzard Entertainment terminates this Agreement for breach of these Terms of Use, any right to any and all payments you may have made for pre-purchased game access to World of Warcraft are forfeit, and you agree and acknowledge that you are not entitled to any refund for any amounts which were pre-paid on your Account prior to any termination of this Agreement.

They do perma ban but they can also unban your account if you show your innocence

You cannot show your innocence, because Blizz don't give you detailed information about why your account is banned. You don't have any logs and so on. One of my account was banned in an hour after payment. I wrote to the support service and they replied that it was well founded, and their decision is final. But my money for the whole month is Blizz profit. They force you to buy a new one without refund. I had 5-year account, never use HB on this account, and Blizz banned it. I wrote them, sent all required information and my passport, but they didn't unban it.
