Banned 2 days after purchase - refund possible?

Hey, I was recommended to purchase the honor buddy plus the ultimate ashran plugin 2 days ago. In the end he paid the expenses for me as an early christmas gift.
Today I was banned in the wave, and while I still should have my 2-day trial I think a refund should be available?
