[Banned] 2-23-13 /sigh

So I've been botting over a year now. At first I went hard core; literally botting the hell out of WoW. Since MoP hit recently, I've majorly slowed down; as my account had been becoming a bit more valuable to me. I had been gathering this morning about 30 minutes or so (after a long night's sleep!) when I got a WoW Crash. (I was playing Black Ops, so it happened anywhere from 2-10 minutes after the last time I had looked at the screen.) When I saw the crash I closed the bot, then clicked OK on the WoW error, which closed wow.. I went to restart wow, put it my information and it told me my account has been permanently locked. :| So yeeah, sucks. Anyways, here's what you guys ask for. Hope I can get unbanned. Still waiting on a comment back from the appeal. The second I realized what had happened I did go to appeal, so I think they may realize that I was playing it at the time. I don't know, not sure. We'll see what happens and I'll update the thread when I get some more information!

1)Were you using Honorbuddy, Gatherbuddy or both on the account?
Gatherbuddy.

2)If so, when was the last time?:
I was using it for like 30 minutes, after a good nights sleep. (Didn't use it while I was asleep)

3)What profile were you using?:
My own profile. Was just made 4 days ago. I regularly replenish profiles to change the routes.

4)What combat class were you using? if None Just put Default then the Classname:
Singular - Druid.

5)What plugins are you using?:
Mr.ItemRemover. That's all

6)How many hours per day did you bot for?:
I would bot anywhere from 20-24 hours a day (Around 6 months ago). Around the time that MoP hit, I was botting anywhere from 20-24 hours a WEEK. (around 2-3 hours a day.. just enough to get some herbs!)

6.5)What honest percentage of time did you supervise your bot?
Around 75-80%. I tend to keep my eye on it while browsing the internet, or playing on the Xbox.

7)How many auctions per day did you have?:
I MAY have had 100-120 MAX. Mostly Gems from Jewelcrafting.

8)Did you Use Any Other Bots, Hacks, or Mods?
I was only using the Gatherbuddy. Nothing else.

9)Was your account involved in gold selling?
I've never sold gold in the entire time I've played wow >_>

10)EU or US realm?
US. Medium Population server.

11)Is the banned account a Scroll of Resurrection or an actual paid account?
I paid for it; being the sad part.. >_>

Was this your first ban or have you had suspensions before?

I'd still attempt to dispute it.

Oh I did, they won't give in. I don't understand, I thought they gave 72H suspensions first? >_> Whatever. I bought another account so I could continue.. >_> Lol. I'm still not to happy about loosing 6 level 90's. :/ One of which was a GM of a guild. Oh well, I'm about to call them and ask if they can transfer the GM to a different character since the GM is banned. Grr, they piss me off.
