First time banned, any suggestions? Primarily, I used the bot to level couple alts and farm some gold in the past 2 weeks. Account was mainly used for actual playing.

Oookay, so i made a ticket and got very confusing answer but i think the verdict is clear:

This is the latest response from Customer Support:
Violation: Third Party Programs - Exploitation
Action taken: 72 Hour Suspension

Before the ticket account status was banned, now its locked.. Shouldn't the status be suspended? Can I somehow see the time when suspension end?

Offtopic: Direct paste from the answer to my ticket (When running, the World of Warcraft client may monitor your computer's random access memory (ram) and/or cpu processes for unauthorized third party programs running concurrently with World of Warcraft. An unauthorized third party program as used herein shall be defined as any third party software, including without limitation any addon or mod, that in Blizzard Entertainment's sole determination) So if it's automated is anyone safe anymore?

you got a 72 hour suspension. you are VERY lucky. stop bugging them and wait 3 days, then don't ever herb/mine on this account again. if you have a valuable character on it you should consider buying a new account and transferring it there.

holy crap, are you stupid? you cannot do 100 auctions a day and you cannot bot gb mine/herb all day. You sir are lucky because you shoulda got a perm ban.
