BANNED 11/03/13 - Just had suspension expire last night

They're watching the forums... They're going to ban you again..! ;)
 
What i think happened was that you got suspended and because you got banned again right after you got unsuspended they might think it is a false positive or something from your last wrong doing. We of course know you did use a bot. I personally think it is a automatic ban the chance that a human was watching you is very small...there million of players out there. Yes they might check on you because you got a suspension but again your not the only one.

I pretty much acted like a pissed off consumer accusing them of banning me for the offense that they chose to show leniency for by handing me a 72 hour suspension. I won't copy paste the appeal I sent though, just share the topic of what I chose to try lol, sorry.

Whether it was automatic or not I'll never know. Do I think I'm being watched? Nah. Could they be watching me? Hell yeah, that just means I have to up my game and try to enact some new measures to reduce the attention I draw. Currently I'm running Kick's Questing on Account #2 for roughly 10-12 hours straight (pushing the bar a bit..) but I check the bot frequently throughout the day, engage in Guild chat, insult someone in Gen chat and/or toss in a few random dungeons. Pretty convinced questing is safe as it always has been (at least for Alliance - Horde profiles way too many issues)
 
Your post is the proof that they are very misinformed about what they are doing and about their detection methods. If they had a way to find for sure that you were using a bot, you would never get unbanned... A lot of assumptions can be made from this, also a lot of social engineering could work too.

Oh man, to bot or no to bot... :(
