Ban the account or the game?

They will just bann the D3 account not the whole b.net so u will be able to play other games like WoW or SC normally

You are banned from game (D3).
Bnet account remains open and all the others games untouched.
You can purchase new D3 key and play again if you wish.

Just know that if you do purchase a D3 key after a D3 account has been banned they will be watching your account. Accounts are flagged long before they ban you so if you bot on the same battle.net account, you will get banned again and could potentially have your entire battle.net account banned or your ip addres
or going to seize your house, or even sue you and imprison you at guantanamo.
never heard of a full b.net acc ban so far for botting one game, nor blocking ip adresses and i am botting blizz games for about 10 years now (D2 to WoW to D3) i got hit on lots of accounts across all the games, but my ip adress (static one) is still going fine and my main account playing on the same ip as all bots do and even on the same hwid id some bots run on, never ever got infracted at all...
and we had multiple people state, they reattached a d3 license after beeing banned, not having issues and even surviving bandays, just search the forum.
