Ban or Temp ban when caught botting (first time)?

Hey ive been using gather boddy for ~4 hours every day for a couple weeks and im just curious if you do get caught by blizzard for first offense- do you usually get a temp 3 day ban, or straight to the perm ban? Just wondering so I know if i should take it easy or not with the bot.

2 of my accounts got a perma ban for their first offence.
1 was returned after a ticket, the other is lost for good.

Best bet is to make it look like you were hacked.
