Ban Hammer has begun

really? the multitude of ban posts in us wasnt enough? ... /facepalm
 
Doesn't mean DB is detected tho.
Only pepole running ridiculus amounts of Sarkoth runs seems to have been banned afaik.
 
do they pay people the processing transaction in the rmah if u are banned?
 
Just for the record; hundreds of people are being banned for LOTS of different reasons on Ownedcore. Not just Sark. I lost 2 core wizard's today along with my 6 Sark DH's. I don't think links are allowed here but go to Ownedcore's ban section and there are lots of listings there as well.

Blizzard is like the police. They pick a day of the month to have all cops raid the highways and give mass tickets. Same concept. I'm guessing the court hearing in Germany got them mad yesterday and retaliated because the judge couldn't do anything to bossland =P

Ok so I never nitpick but this is important:

1. The Judge can do anything he wants, he's the fucking judge, it's the Blizzard legal team that would be frustrated, if anyone.
2. The ruling has not occurred yet, so DB could still be ruled against, but it would only affect German users, prohibiting sales and support to them. The thing that is keeping DB up is the logistical nightmare that is reconciling national law with international law and sovereignty.
