Ban d3 acc o all battlenet?

Hi, i'm interested in get demonbuddy i have d3 but i don't use this, i have because i play wow and got this with anual pass, if u get banned in diablo 3 will lose nothing because i don't play this game but i'm worry for my wow acc, my question is, can this get banned too? or only diablo 3 acc?

Apparently they just ban the GAME that you get caught cheating in, not the entire account. But I've read a few instances of where people claim that all the games in the account were banned. But just a couple of those.

I am annual pass holder. My D3 just got banned. I am still able to log in to my wow. Lucky . I believed they banned by games.
