I sent a failed to log in request for support rather than a ban appeal since ban appeal means you are admitting you did something worth banning off the bat.

What date did you submit it, did you receive a response other than a generic response?

Yet to hear back from Niantic for 3 days, so I put in a credit dispute for the pokecoins I purchased.

No one has heard back. We all have no process of arbitration besides a ban appeal, which we don't even know if we are banned. We paid for virtual goods that we no longer have access to. We do not even know why. If you leave us no process to arbitrate by, you leave no reason for me to accept the charges.
