Ban and how to deal with it

Ok, so I submitted a ticket for an appeal, but I'm wondering if its worth phoning them as well? Already submitted my ban details on a previous post.

I, too, submitted a ticket for my recent ban but I read that if you do submit a ticket you should not call them or contact them again with the same problem until the ticket is resolved. However, if you do not put a ticket in and just call it would be far quicker I would imagine.

Well finally got a response. They never said they found me botting, just gave me 72 hr ban. yay
