Ban after only one game

This is unacceptable and unbelievable for the thing happen with bossland unknownbuddy.
I just bought the unknowbuddy and got life time ban after only 1 time for the game.
Only kill 3 people with body shot. less than 100meters.
May I ask that please refund?
Hope have any feedback from bossland.
