Ban 3 days?

Hey guys.
My friend told me that blizzard always gives you a 3days ban first if you use bot.
Is this true? Do i get a "warning" 3 days ban first then perma ban? Or do i get insta perma banned?

A ban is a Ban stated in their terms of use. No plea, no extension...

90-100% of the time its perma. Dont bot if you care about your account, coz it is going to get banned at some point

I am pretty sure bot-bans are permanent.
The only incidents I know of temporary bans are from WoW, where you'd get banned for exploiting, harassment or similar.

Are they going to ban someone in an online single player game? doubtful, and if so, I wouldn't pay for this again

I highly doubt they care about banning people for botting anymore now that the AH is gone. There's no point to it. Especially with gold and the best items in the game (the only ones worth trading) are now BOA.

had a 3 days ban in wow after i ran 11h vs a pilar next to the golden lotus daily questgivers on a high pop server... (bot / bugged profile)

but since in d3 you don´t pay a monthly fee maybe they use here permabans more reagularly.

Well judging by the ban reports section they don't care ATM. But they will if a ladder system is introduced for sure.

Honestly I would not play if I couldn't bot because of the terrible grindy RNG system. So I will just move on if I get perma'd in a banwave or otherwise.
