Bag / Inventory Issue

So I have my bot set to exit the game when my inventory is full but lately i've noticed that its not full when it closes itself so I checked my bags and its always been my pandaria bag thats been completely empty.

Is this a known issue where the bot is unable to detect the new mists of pandaria bags?

Any feedback is appreciated.

its not a special kind of bag, so it shouldn't have an issue.
if you wanna post a full log as an attachment so we can check it out that would be awesome.

if you use a "normal" bag instead of that one,works?

Here is the log, I appreciate the help.

It works fine with other bags from wrath and bc and such and I have the same issue with the non-beta builds of HB. Ever since I put that bag there a few days ago i've noticed it wasnt filling up. I have it set to close after 3 hours of farming so I figured maybe it was just bad luck with nodes but then I watched it for 2 hours and then it suddenly closed again when it reached those inventory slots of that new bag.
