Bad Support Help via ticket

I am currently trying to get an email changed via support ticket. But the person handling my ticket can't seem to wrap his or her head around my situation.

1. No longer have access to my email used to purchase HB.

2. Have original transaction IDs from gate2shop that was requested to prove I am the owner and purchaser of the keys.

3. That I would like to have the email changed to one that I can access.

They keep saying the IDs I provided are not from PayPal WHICH they aren't as I have mentioned 5+ times I used gate2shop to purchase them.

I have given this person everything they need to confirm I am the owner but they don't understand.

Help?


EDIT: after a stressful few more email they finally understood the simple request.
