bad lagg wow random glitches when hb is running.

So i have been using hb for a long time since early cata and i found that since i updated to windows 10 every time i turn my bot on it makes my wow random freeze for just a second. Is there anything i can do to stop this? every once in a blue moon it will even dc me. ill attach a log to see fiy uo see anything out of the norm but im cluless. I thought it was updates because not having my pc updated caused the same type of lag maybe worse but ive updated everything and it still does it only when hb is running.

You are running WoW in DX9?

Your log file(Line 422):

Your FPS never hits 80 or even close(highest it even hits is 63) I recommend lowering your TicksPerSecond to 15-20 it doesn't need anything more then that to operate effectively. .

reason why i increased ticks per second is because on norm my class isnt doing anough dps or hps and i want them pumping that shit out due to being in heroic raid content. so what do i do pay for a better cc because the standard one along with the free bee's really suck. Tuana's class cc's dont push out half the dps they should and my healer half the time just sits there unless i increase that tps any ideas what i can do without shelling out shit tons more money to get decent cc's?
