i did some missions and sold some stuff (most where inside the ah when i got the 6 month ban...)
also all my gold was taken (i guess same happend to you)
just played by hand and botted on 2nd acc but still made 50k in one day on acc 1.
if you want to bot, just look around there where like 5 post the last 2 days asking how to make gold.

Here's my advise:
Don't bot on this account! This is what I call a great "Resource Account". This should be the account that you always have to fall back on if your other accounts get banned. If you have your own guild(s), which you should for bank space reasons, keep your your guildleaders on this account. Also, if you haven't already, level up one or more of every crafting profession on the characters on this account. If you don't already have the achievement done to unlock the "Treasure Hunter" garrison missions do those quests and unlock them ASAP.
With a full account of level 100s and max level garrison you can easily set them up so that just 30 minutes of hand playing once a day will net you 130K+ gold a month MINIMUM. That's just doing the usual garrison missions and a couple of profession dailies. That's more than enough to buy a WoW Token each month for this account and at least two others. That means this account now costs you NOTHING each month. That being the case, why risk losing that easy reliable income by botting on it? Quite frankly that would be unbelievably stupid.
Now I said 130k+ gold a month minimum so I know someone is gonna jump in here and be like "You're doing it wrong. My garrison makes me a bizzilion gold a month! Learn to garrison newb". I use 130K because I know that's a number that is consistent with what you can get just doing garrisons missions and the JC and Inscription Hut dailies and no Treasure Hunter missions. This set up requires the least amount of hand playing each day. If I add in the gold from the treasure hunter missions, and AH sales from the mats produced via a max level garrison it's more like 300K-500K gold a month and that's just with about an extra 15-30 minutes a day of hand listing things on the AH. Mind you my set up took about a solid year to build up getting all the right followers, huts, and professions, but at this point this set up is literally a gold mine. I don't even log into this account on the same PCs I bot on.
That's my advice. Hand play this account each day for 30-45 minutes for good reliable gold and resources you can fall back on, and then bot the hell out of one or two other account for whatever else you want to do. You don't even have to be safe on any other accounts. Go balls out if you want.
