Never tried for GB2 unfortunately :-\. WoW is all i'd be working on as I have 3 inactive accounts... so it wouldn't take much to return, vs a new game purchase / leveling etc.

Phelon is working on a new gathering botbase...it works amazingly well already and it may just have a little something to prevent this detection

Woah ... enough drinking for me ... I read GW2 ... :-\ .... a new Gathering Bot Base ... interesting ... I always considered a TSM with "guide points" ... When I left last Druids were fucked by the limits to form changing causing crashes/drops, etc. Now there's supposed bans for gathering?

Phelon is working on a new gathering botbase...it works amazingly well already and it may just have a little something to prevent this detection

I read a bunch of random shit about a Node / Hour cap that was placed ... if that was a true case, the method wouldn't matter, if it was more efficient than that cap it would get pwnt regardless. But I have no idea how the current shit is going.

"Apparently" blizzard has a system where it logs if a toon hits the same waypoint "X" amount of times...and auto bans it.

People want a gathering botbase that will never hit the same hotspot in the same session...i was thinking of something that would read the next waypoint from said profile then randomize the XYZ slightly but not enough to make it go of path for example

Waypoint X=1111 Y=2222 Z=3333 before arriving at this waypoint randomize it to X=1120 Y=2232 Z=3343 should be enough to stop the auto recording a toon visiting the same location repeatedly but should be small enough to not effect performance...if this detection even exists

With this being said imo recording every toon constantly would be extreme strain on there servers...just recording all chats is too much for there servers..so i cant see them doing this...i would say you would already need to be under suspicion for them to place the tracker on you....

Well, before I left I considered a "Traveling Salesman" pathing, with randomized "search" coordinates. Ideally, all known nodes would be parsed to produce starting points, with the "best possible" spot to be in visible reach of the most nodes. These locations would be randomized within a fraction of the visible distance. From there visible nodes in the OM would be visited according to TSP ... :::

However, TSP proves CPU intensive due to the fact that each possible route must be considered to find the best .... however I have found recent abilities to use a "Parallel" approach in C# that could allow this to be tangible: (The Traveling Salesman Problem ? The Greedy Approach - Usman Sharif) ....
