Actually they do or you can sue them in smalls claim court for the head ache and inconveniences.

1.) Odds of them sending someone to deal with this are slim to none I've already done it once won 1,500.00

Yeah, but how many people do you think will do that? Slim to none.


It's not even worth my time to do it. I'll just move on and let the game die and remember WoW for what it was..

^^Exactly this. Catering to kids nowadays. WoW used to require an IQ to play. You also had to have some semblance of manners and common sense. You had to follow the unwritten rules of the grouping system for loot. You knew if you ninja'd something you were going to pay for it one way or another. Nowadays though, psh, ninja? Hell yeah. Pff just get an lawyer who only takes % if he wins and you don't do shit just tell him about the case and it's over. There not going to waste there time to come to your town.
 
I got suspended too, But it is really weird, here how its happened.

I was farming leather on 2 accounts and another acc was running arch bot.Leather farmers got suspended 5 minutes from each other. But the thing is the leather farmer accounts are on different b.nets and chars that botting are on different realms. How come they got suspended 5 minutes from each other.Yet the account which was farming arch is intact despite the fact that it is attached to one of the leather farmers b.net.

The "Hack" email is popping up a lot, and it used to be very rare. I wonder if it has something to do with the new reporting feature.
 
Im so tempted to appeal but then dont want to turn into a perma for some stupid reason , then again if it was a d bag abusing the new system and i dont appeal i look like i was cheating.
maybe a simple for what reasons am i restricted from playing my fav game in the whoooole world messages may work =D
 
If Warden were to detect HB.....there would be an INSTANT perm ban.

Stop crying wolf everytime you get banned/suspended.

BGBuddy is OBVIOUS and easy to detect so use at own risk.

Not saying it was warden like whoever said it was... but this is not someone following around reporting... we all got banned at the exact time. Across different servers and different battlegroups at the same time, within minutes of each other. I know about 15 people who received it at teh same time I did, along with the many ppl who posted yesterday on this forum. Not sure how it happened, unless there is a certain time when the automatic reports went through. I have no idea, just strange. I have used this for 2 years without a problem ever, then the time I get popped a bunch of other ppl do at the same exact time.

False?
It's the same warden system as for Diablo II. Warden flags your account at first.
You can't see the flags, of course, and if you're being scanned again, you'll get the "cross" a.k.a banhammer.
Or, if they "scheduled" a banwave (with previously flagged account), it'll wait for the official banwave.

At least that's my experience with using hacks/3rd party mods on a Warden protected game.
 
Guys...come on think before you type... They are collecting the Data, and send all Ban mails on a specific time. So you all get the Ban Mails on the same day. So it will look like there is a Banwave, but there isn?t.
Or do you guys think they have enough Time to send it per Hand to each and everyone of you?
