Answer: Nothing is 100% safe, but with personal experience I've used 3 accounts for years and not a single one of them has received a single ban or warning and I've done nothing but use combat routines on all my characters. I'm blind in one eye, so finding out I can have some assistance playing the game and experiencing content was awesome, so I'd say go for it.
