Average Bot account life

I'm wondering how long an account lives when botting 24/7 ...
For the past few weeks my accounts last like 2 1/2 week before Blizz ban the heck out of it.

How long does your bot account live and your botting hours?
 
Also interested in knowing the same thing, and how much gold do you make before an account gets banned?
 
i lost yesterday 7 accounts and spent 70mil in mf gear to farm champions. profit = none coz they get banned 3 hours after hitting lvl 60. shit happens :p next 7 keys on the way

Boting in diablo 3 since 15th may with some common sense and im still fine :D
 
Honestly... some of you guys just bot retardedly...

Why would you ever bot 24/7?
They have all sort of information. The easiest to monitor is how long you have been logged in, your GPH, monster/elite kills, etc... and many more obvious factors. Simply put they can monitor everything, granted some things are not as easy to monitor, for instance player movement. Sure it is possible for an account to be active 24/7... I have done this in wow where I play during day and my gf played during the night... Same could work for d3...
For it to happen 4-5 days in a row... unlikely

People get banned because they are being stupid... I have yet to see someone post a banned thread that indicates it is the bot itself that is being caught...

P.S. Only ppl who get caught are creating these threads... There could be potentially thousands of botters that have no posted whether they are or are not being banned... (Most likely "are not" as they have no other reason to check these forums)

I have 1000+ hours logged in play time on my 2 accounts combined...

Been botting since start of july, with 3 accounts. Never seen a ban, I'm surprised every time I log-in, I've made about 1000euro. and have like +1500 hours of played on the 3 accounts combined. I think the reason I haven't been banned, is due to the fact I dont bot gold, but items instead. Goblin act 2 does the trick for me. And as posters above stated, botting 24/7 is just plain dumb.
 
Botting 24/7 is more like an obvious thing to blizz to give you the hammer ... but I've seen multiple reports of people botting 19/6 or less and they still get banned ...

You shouldn't bot more than what you can honestly play... Can you play 19 hours a day for 6 days a week? Thats like worse than being a doctor on call...
Be reasonable... Never should go above 12 hours of botting a day... Very dangerous... Occasionally here and there sure, but again once you go past 10 or 12 its one of the signals that you are botting... When the game actually came out, I probably did play around 12-14 hours a day...
 
I've been botting since the day DB went live, no bans. Everything I do is completely random. This past week I've had a stretch of 48 hours straight, 24 hours completely offline, 10 hours straight, 6 hours offline, 14 hours straight, 4 hours offline, etc. Then I might actually run some progression (using DB combat bot, of course-I'm lazy), level some other toons for a couple hours. Just anything so that I'm not doing the exact same thing 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
 
If you want to bot 24/7 run a cycle of 2-3 accounts, preferably from multiple IPs (one unique IP per account) using ***s. I have botted Blizzard games since Day 1 with no trouble.

How many bots do you have?
 
I had one account before and it got baned in the first of this month because of another bot so here is my history with is account :
1. Back in BC started botting with glider with waypoints shit.
2. Kept botting with glider till wotlk and glider made a new addon called ppather used that too.
3. Glider dead, started to use the shitty bot wowmimic and sliverbot which more expensive then hb because didn't know that it exists. Till I got ban with leveling priest.
I got so angry and bought 6 unmarged accounts sor them and bought hb having fun now. I hope kick's gb2 won't fail me, using a public porfiles is really dangerous i donvt know how to maje private profile....
The point is the way thst you using your bot will effact you greatly if you using it 24/7 specially grinding or -gb2 say good bye to your accounts.

I've never lost a single bot account. So my average life-span on a bot atm is unlimited. I do bot fairly sensibly - I don't bot 24/7, and I don't do short spammy routines.
 
8 hours/day also get you banned with this bot. I'm talking from experience unfortunately...

I did them too, but I mixed Sarkoth runs with real life butcher/act3 clears...
Probably totalled about 8-12 hours of Sarkoth runs a day with 2-3 clears of act3 or act 1...
Did it for about a month...

Yep, something like that. I was doing mostly Core runs and a little Sarkotzy, but only when I was home since it was kinda buggy...Then I got the hammer on the first big banwave...
 
ive been banned twice during the 2/3 big Sark ban waves, and that was when i was using the Autoit scripts from ownedcore, botting about 8-16hrs a day.
 
24/7 900 hours 1 character, still not banned. Im just pro.

/e Sarkoth for about 700 of those hours. I also botted two days into game limit like this.
