Av weekend 80-85

Is AV weekend good for leveling 80-85? I have a 82 shaman that i wouldnt mind getting to 85 THis weekend if its good exp. Anyone have experience or know how good Av call to arms is for 80-85?

i think if you use grind with BG bot you will hit 85 this weekend
