autorun not working

my auto run under plugins doesn't seem to work, when game crashes the auto login works perfectly and logs my char in, then once that happens i have to manually go into plugin manager and and click green play button to start the plugin even though the auto run is checked. i guess im doing it right not sure any help. do i have to setup the auto run or just check the box?

Mine does.

Click settings and make sure "Auto launch checked accounts" and "Auto close game client on disconnect" is checked.

ok thats done on mine, any ideas on how to make mine work? ill try reinstalling
