Automatically Loaded Questing Profile?

Hello,

I download a 1-11 questing profile which came up with an error! Then in the log it automatically switch to a Profile that I can not find in the Profiles folder, it was called "1 - 60 Tauren questing" Where can I find these profiles so I can just load up without downloading them.

but it errored and then automatically switched to a profile that I didn't have :S It made me think that there was some default profiles that I have missed but cant find them anywhere.

probably it was on the creator's plan to extend the profile
