Auto pickup loot/gold w/o running normal bot

Is there anyway that I can turn on Demon Buddy in a way to only pick up loot for me for a period of time? I only ask because when I am in an area that I have just killed multiple Treasure goblins I hate to actually click everything. But I don't want to leave with out it.

Any help/ideas would be awesome!

Edit - I guess I could add. Is there a plugin or way to manipulate the bot to do this?
