Auto Passives ID

Hello, I have been scouring the forum trying to look for anything that tells me how to find the damn Passive Id's so I can use with the Autpassives plugin but I can't find one single thread explaining about this plugin.
Can someone plz help me out here?

You can change the keybinds in EB > Settings > Global > GlobalSettings.json.
