Auto gem/pvp gear buyer after hitting honor cap

Is it possible to create a plugin or a piece of code that can be inserted into a bg profile that would automatically buy needed gear and gems after the bg is over and I've hitted the honor cap?
That would be awesome!

But i guess it will not gem it for you. Some things you just gotta do yourself.
